As a child growing up in Vermont I had an affinity for the land and animals. This led me to working with Morgan horses and becoming a member of the Eastern and US Ski teams. I spent hours and hours with the land, the mountains and the horses. Shortly after graduating from the University of Vermont with a BS degree in 1975, I moved to the Rocky Mountains I had loved when traveling for my ski competitions. Aspen was my first stop yet Telluride became my favorite. My interest in the land continued with my time spent on developing my skills in all aspects of real estate from interior design, construction, appraisal to facilitating real estate dreams and negotiating transactions. From my perspective all of these elements are interrelated and of importance in offering true, full service real estate brokerage. This led me to the successful completion of transactions not only in top Rocky Mt resorts but in commercial as well as farm and ranch arenas in multiple states. At this juncture in life, the Telluride region and Vermont are my primary areas of focus. These areas and all they have to offer are also my passion. It is truly a pleasure to share the Telluride region with others and assist through my experiences in helping people realize their real estate dreams.
